In Loving Memory of Charles Locker

Charles was born in Garrard County. He was a longtime member of White Lick Baptist Church, where he served many different roles over the years. He was a longtime building contractor and had a true love of building and designing houses and churches. His last project was restoring the new Union City Christian Church which he had a true passion for. He was a member of the Home Builder’s Association, Park Board Committee in Garrard County, Gideons International, and the Carters- ville Ruritan Club, where he loved to fry the hushpuppies for the fish fry. In addition to all his other activities, he also loved riding horses and was a founding member of the Trail Pleasure Saddle Club.
