Andy Barr Launches Campaign for U.S. Senate

U.S. REP. ANDY BARR announced he is running for the U.S. Senate. Kelly Wallingford of Wallingford Broadcasting MC’d the event. Kelly and his wife Bess along with hundreds of others gathered for the campaign launch at Lynwood Estates in Richmond, on Tuesday, April 22.
